Given the emergence of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have altered many of our office and testing practices, enabling us to provide high-quality service and support while working to ensure safety for all.
More specifically, in order to establish a safe and healthy workplace, our office is following guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the American Psychological Association (APA). Based on their recommendations, we are implementing a range of safety precautions. This includes (but is, of course, not limited to) staggering appointment times and staff days in the office, enforcing social-distancing, and implementing rigorous cleaning protocols.
We are very happy to take these steps to promote a healthy environment for our clients and our staff.
Additionally, we have adapted the testing process in order to accommodate security procedures, while protecting the integrity of the assessment. Testing will consist largely of remote (online) sessions, along with a shortened in-office session with safety and social-distancing protocols in place. These procedures will remain until we receive information from medical and state officials indicating that such precautions are no longer needed.
Details regarding our policies are available upon request, and they will be discussed thoroughly during the remote intake process. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at DrGlover@DrRobynGlover.com or (617) 547-8100.
We are very happy to take these steps to promote a healthy environment for our clients and staff.
